quick tip: at home sushi night

As much as we love going out to sushi… there is something so satisfying about doing a sushi night at home. And to be honest, it’s one of the kiddo’s most requested dinners.

It’s one of those food bars where everyone is happy because they can mix and match their own favorites to their hearts content, without worrying about all the stuff they don’t want.

It’s also a great spread for entertaining.

Our favorites include:

sushi rice

ahi poke

crispy tofu

crispy salmon bites

spicy tuna

spicy salmon

assorted sashimi fish (usually bluefin, salmon belly, and hamachi)

veggies (cucumbers, avocado, shredded carrots, green onions, jalepenos, serranos, cilantro)

raw tofu

ponzu

tempura vegetables

soy

wasabi

nori
