mango smoothie

We’re a smoothie making machine around here.

Pretty much all day everyday, Avy makes one or more. And it’s a great way for her to get in extra protein (since girlfriend doesn’t eat red meat).

Ingredients:

1/4 cup apple juice

1 banana, peeled

1 mango, pitted and peeled

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 Tbsp protein powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a large glass.

Use an immersion blender to combine.
