broiled buffalo wings
I’m currently in my wings era.
Can’t stop ordering them when out; and can’t stop creating new and different ways to eat them at home.
And this buffalo version might just be my favorite of them all… so far.
Ingredients:
10 wings, separated into drums and flats
3/4 cup buffalo sauce, homemade or store bought
sliced scallions
sliced celery
buttermilk ranch dressing, homemade or store bought
DIrections:
Preheat oven to 450.
Toss wings with buffalo sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Turn heat to broil, and cook until skin is crispy. About 10 minutes. Flipping after 5.
Top wings with sliced scallions.
Serve with ranch and sliced celery.
