western bacon cheeseburger

So, it’s totally burger season. Love the whole grilling season regardless, but I could do burgers every weekend, on the regular.

This one is easy, fun to do, and makes lots of people to be happy.

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef

1 lb ground pork

trader joes’ onion salt

cheddar cheese

shredded lettuce

onion rings, homemade or store bought

cooked bacon strips

ranch dressing, homemade or store bought

bbq sauce, homemade or store bought

buns

Directions:

Combine ground beef and pork.

Make 12 equal sized round balls, then flatten.

Sprinkle onion salt over tops and bottoms.

Grill 5 mins per side on medium high. After 8 total minutes add square of cheddar cheese on each patty.

Place patty on bun, top with an onion ring.

Drizzle bbq and ranch over top.

Top with shredded lettuce.
