hawaiian macaroni salad
Macaroni salad is one of the world’s best sides. And this Hawaiian version is no different.
Perfect for entertaining, bbq, or just your casual dinner side.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked macaroni
3 carrots, shredded
3 ribs of celery, diced
1/4 cup minced onion
2 green onions, green part sliced
1/4 cup chopped italian parsley
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, honey, salt, and white pepper.
Once combined, add in the rest of the ingredients.
Stir to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
