simple sautéed cabbage
Looking for a deceptively simple side dish, that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen?
Look no further than this super simple sautéed cabbage.
Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage, core removed, shredded, and rinsed
1/4 cup evoo
1 tsp salt, plus finishing salt for top.
Directions:
Heat a large sauté pan to medium. Add 1/8 cup evoo. Heat until shimmering.
Add shredded cabbage. Add remaining evoo and 1 tsp salt to top of cabbage. Stir occasionally until cabbage is softened.
Sprinkle with finishing salt when serving.
