Just in case you guys haven’t realized it… this trader joe’s onion salt is my favorite seasoning ever. I use it on just about everything. From burgers, to veggies, to chicken salad, to onion dip, this is the one thing that brings some of my best recipes to life.
Onion salt is such a misnomer… it’s not just about the onions, it’s chock full of garlic and scallions too. It’s pretty much every allium you could ever want wrapped in salty goodness: granulated onion, granulated garlic, minced onion, kosher salt, green onion, dried chives.
And the flavor? The flavor is out of this world!
