easy greek salad dressing
I have a confession. I love store bought salad dressings… as quick and easy marinades… but when it comes to topping a salad, I prefer homemade.
Daunted by making a homemade dressing? Don’t be. They are so much easier than you would think. And super full of flavor.
There are all different ways to make homemade dressings. Vinegar based, mayonnaise based, fresh versus dried herbs, etc.
This particular dressing is made up of only pantry items, most of which you likely already have on hand.
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried italian parsley
1 tsp trader joe’s onion salt
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup avocado oil
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a container with a lid (I use a 2 cup mason jar). Shake until combined.
Store in fridge for 3 days.
