easy grilled swordfish tacos

My most memoried food from childhood is swordfish. My grandfather and grandmother would both fish for them. We always had swordfish in the freezer. It. Is. My. Favorite. Seafood. And because it is a hearty fish, you are able to use it in mutiple applications.

Like these easy weeknight fish tacos. Simple seasoning, evoo, and topped with all the favorite things.

Ingredients:

2 lbs swordfish, sliced in steaks

evoo

taco seasoning (for this I use gormend)

street taco tortillas

cabbage

roasted salsa

avy’s guac

shredded cabbage

micro greens

scallions

kensigntons chili lime crema

Directions:

Preheat grill to 400-425.

Drizzle swordfish steaks with evoo, and sprinkle with taco seasoning to coat.

Grill 3 - 5 minutes per side until fish is cooked

Lightly grill tortillas on either side.

Cut grilled swordfish into bite sized pieces.

Spread guac on tortillas, top with swordfish, salsa, and then all the greens. Drizzle over with crema.
