quick and easy buffalo chicken salad

I love salad. Hard stop.

Not because it’s “good for you” but because I just really love my greens and all the mix-ins. Take a gander around the site, and you’ll see it’s true.

This salad is great because it’s quick and easy, take’s advantage of all the shortcuts it can, and tastes exceptional. Not to mention it’s a complete meal in and of itself.

Ingredients:

bagged asian salad (you want one with cabbage, cellery, scallions, and shredded carrots)

just bare lightly breaded chicken breast chunks, cooked according to directions

sliced avocado

your favorite buffalo sauce

ranch dressing

1 Tbsp ranch seasoning

1 Tbsp sour cream

1/4 cup mayo

6 Tbsp buttermilk

Directions:

Top your salad mixture with cooked chicken chunks and avocado, drizzle with buffalo sauce and ranch. But lets face it, you can just use your favorite storebought ranch and make this salad that much easier.
