quick tips: sandwich bar
Y’all know how I love a good food bar. With four kiddos with varied tastes.. it’s a quick and easy way to make sure that everyone gets what they like the best.
Sushi bar, taco bar, potato bar… you get the idea.
And this sandwich bar is no exception.
It’s perfect for an easy weeknight meal, weekend tailgate, pre-trick or treating, new years eve.. you name it.
All you need is an assortment of deli meats.
All the sandwich cheeses.
Lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onions, pickles.
Red wine vinegar. Evoo. Mayo, and all the mustards.
Some really great bread. (We are partial to the ciabatta loaves by wild grain, halved).
I like to round it out with a selection of potato chips - because if you aren’t putting hips on your sandwiches, you are definitely doing it wrong.
And pro tip? If you are serving a crowd, add a large bowl of lettuce, so that anyone who is so inclined can make a salad.
