quick tip: no cook dinner caviar charcuterie
Need a quick and easy date night at home idea?
Looking for a no cook dinner for hot evenings?
Look no further than this caviar charcuterie.
Pour a glass of bubbly, and settle in for an enjoyable dinner.
I start with a pretty cutting board. It will double both as a cutting board and as a serving tray. What could be better than kitchen equipment that can do double the work, and save you on dishes to wash?
I start with a favorite caviar - osetra and sturgeon are favs around here.
Then diced shallots, capers, hard boiled-eggs, separated, creme fraiche and potato chips.
I also like to include a sliced baguette and butter, because… hello caviar butter.
Then through in some olives, cornichons, prosciutto, and assorted cheese just to ‘round out the meal.
For my personal fav caviar bite - take a white half of a hardboiled egg. Fill with creme fraiche, shallots, and yolk. Top with a spoonful of caviar and squeeze of lemon. If you don’t want the double egg action, serve the same on top of a slice of baguette instead. Or just opt for a dollup of creme fraiche and caviar on a potato chip. You do you.
