quick tip: easy weeknight roasted chicken with gourmend

Here’s the thing. On weeknights you want to pack the most flavor into a dish; without any effort.

And here’s the thing. You season with your heart. You cook things with bones - because of the easy flavor bomb.

So seriously… this is the easiest recipe/non recipe for your weeknight pleasure.

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, bone in and skin on (flavor!)

sea salt

fresh ground black pepper

gourmend green onion salt

evoo

generous glug of chardonnay

1 box gourmend chicken bone broth

Directions:

Preheat oven to 420.

Sprinkle generous amounts of salt, ground pepper, and onion salt on chicken breasts.

Heat evoo to shimmer over medium-high heat in a large saucepan.

Place chicken skin side down in pan.

Sprinkle generous amounts of salt, ground pepper, and onion salt on the underside of each chicken breast.

Cook until skin is browned and crispy. Flip breasts over.

Cook an additional 5 minutes.

Turn heat off.

Add wine and broth.

Place chicken in oven. Cook for 30 - 45 minutes, until chicken reaches 165 and is fully cooked.
