mediterranean spritz sangria
Ingredients:
2 lemons, sliced
5 sprigs rosemary
1 Tbsp juniper berries
1/2 cup elderflower liquid
1/2 cup blanco vermouth
1/2 cup honey simple syrup
1 bottle brut sparkling wine
perrier sparkling water
Directions:
To a large pitcher add sliced lemons, rosemary, juniper berries, elderflower and vermouth. Stir to combine.
Let sit in the fridge for 4 - 6 hours before serving.
Add in sparkling wine. Stir.
Pour into glasses and top with float of perrier.
