quick tip: charcuterie roses

I’m obsessed with charcuterie. And it’s a safe bet that if you are coming over to my house, for any sort of get-together, there will be some sort of charcuterie going on. Dessert, bagel, caviar, you name it.

And one of the easiest ways to elevate your charcuterie spread is by turning your cold cuts into roses.

It’s such a quick way to add that extra oomph.

All you do is grab some different sized drink glasses, and then drape your cold cuts over the sides of the glasses creating several layers. Then flip your cup over and gently turn the glass to remove.

I like to make several different sizes using both the same and different types of cold cuts. And then scatter them all over the set up.

Salami and prosciutto work the best.
