apple cider mojito sangria
Ingredients:
20 mint leaves
1/4 cup sugar
2 apples sliced
handful pomegranate arils
1/2 cup rum
2 pints brut hard apple cider
sparkling apple pomegranate juice
Directions:
Muddle together mint leaves and sugar in a large pitcher.
Add in apple slices and arils.
Add in rum, stir to combine.
Let sit in fridge for 2 hours.
Add hard cider, stir to combine and let sit 4 -6 hours in fridge.
Pour over ice into glasses, and top with a float of sparkling apple pomegranate juice.
Note: this drink is on the sweeter side.
