melon and burrata

Sometimes the simplest things are the tastiest.

And this is one of those things.

Burrata, melons, prosciutto, heirloom tomatoes… pretty much the best combo.

Ingredients:

4 oz burrata

watermelon

honeydew

1 yellow heirloom tomato, sliced in half moons

4oz prosciutto

12 small basil leaves

evoo

honey

balsamic vinegar

maldon sea salt

Directions:

Break up burrata on a serving plate or plater.

Use a melon baller to create balls out of both the watermelon and place around the burrata.

Scatter slices of tomatoes.

Tear prosciutto and tuck pieces in and around the platter.

Top with basil leaves

Drizzle with evoo, honey, and balsamic.

Top with a sprinkle of maldon.
