quick tip: s'mores bar

It’s summer, and hotter than hot.

Potlucks, bbqs, and bonfires at the beach are in abundance. Friends and family sharing stories, experiences, and food. Lots of food.

And most of these food experiences end in dessert. Cakes, cookies, and assorted treats. But in this weather, and with things to do? Ain’t nobody got time to make elaborate treats that please one and all.

That’s where the s’mores bar comes in handy.

I pile mine with different flavored marshmallows, plain, vanilla, and cinnamon graham crackers. And all the different types of chocolate than anyone could one. Literally, there is something there for everyone.

It’s so easy to throw together, and all you need is fire. An outdoor fire pit. A bonfire at the beach. A charcoal bbq. It seriously couldn’t be easier.
