creamy ahi poke sauce

Y’all know how much we love a good sushi night at home. And similarly how much we love a good make your own poke bowl night.

But something else we really love?

This creamy poke sauce. And it doesn’t have to be limited to poke bowls. Nope. It’s extra when used as a dipping sauce for tempura.

And, it’s also really good drizzled over any kind of rice bowl.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup kewpie mayo

1/4 cup mirin

juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup coconut aminos

1 tsp fish sauce

1/2 inch knob ginger, peeled and grated

1 tsp sriracha

Directions:

Whisk or immersion blend all ingredients together until super creamy.
