caviar deviled egg bites

Elevated deviled eggs for mother’s day. Or Easter. Or christmas morning. Or, ya know… just easy for a random family breakfast.

Ingredients:

6 eggs, hardboiled

1 1/2 Tbsp kewpie mayo

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 pinch of salt

1 oz caviar

1/2 Tbsp finely minced shallots

juice of 1/4 lemon

Directions:

Halve boiled eggs. Remove yolk.

Mix yolk with kewpie, dijon, and pinch of salt. Add mixture back to egg whites.

Top with minced shallots, a spoonful of caviar, and squeeze lemon over all eggs.
