you need this: cherry pitter
Let’s face it, working with food like cherries and olives? It’s the pits. Literally. He-he.
But if you’re making say, a cherry crisp, or using olives for charcuterie or salad, you need to remove said pits.
That’s why this helpful little contraption makes your life so much easier.
I used to have a singular cherry pitter. Then I found this baby. You can pit multiple cherries or olives… at. the. same. time.
The key is to turn the olives up lengthwise, and to center your cherries based on their indentations. Taking the time to do this from the beginning makes it so much easier in the long run.
