air fried radishes

I never thought I would tell you that cooked radishes are my kiddos favorite veggie side… but here we are.

Cooked radishes are my kiddos favorite side.

There, I said it. And thank goodness, because it is literally the easiest side to make… ever. Like seriously. Ever.

Especially if you pop them in the air fryer.

Ingredients:

3 bunches radishes, stems removed and quartered or halved to make sizes similar

2 Tbsp evoo

1 tsp trader joes onion salt

Directions:

Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 390 degrees.

Toss cut radishes with evoo and trader joes onion salt.

Pour into air fryer.

Fry for 15 - 20 minutes. Tossing occasionally.

Radishes should be crisp on the outside, but not too brown. And tender on the inside.
