grilled mushrooms
I know mushrooms aren’t for everyone. (Looking at you mom!) But they are definitely for me.
I’m not particular about how they are prepared, but in the heat wave we’ve been having. The grill is the only way to go.
Ingredients:
5 oz shiitake mushrooms
handful of enoki mushrooms
leaves from 3 stems of fresh oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp evoo
Directions:
Preheat grill on medium high.
Toss all ingredients together.
Layer in a grill pan.
Grill in pan over heat, tossing occasionally. About 5 - 6 minutes. Until mushrooms are cooked.
