peanut butter aioli

You guys! This is the sauce. I initially made it for tri-tip bao buns, but it can clearly go on anything. A salad. Veggie dip. Stir-fry. Chicken. By itself. It’s just so good. I can’t even tell you.

You just have to make it for yourself.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup chunky peanutbutter

1/2 cup kewpie mayo

2 Tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp granulated garlic

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp coconut aminos

1 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a mason (or similar) jar. Use an immersion blender to combine. Puree until smooth.
