air fried kale chips
This is one of those quick and easy snacks, that all four of my kiddos (yes, even the picky one who dislikes veggies) are obsessed with.
Everytime we get kale in our csa, this is what they want to do with it. And, using an air fryer makes it even easier.
Ingredients:
avocado oil spray
3 Tbsp evoo
1/2 tsp salt
1 bunch kale
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 360.
Tear kale leaves off of thick stems, breaking into edible pieces. Wash, and let completely dry.
Once kale is dry, toss with evoo and salt.
Spray inside of air fryer with avocado oil.
Add kale to basket. Toss every 1 - 2 minutes until leaves are crispy. Takes about 8 minutes to fully crisp.
Serve immediately.
