slightly spicy roasted ginger green beans

Ingredients:

4 cups of green beans, ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces

2 Tbsp minced ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sambal

1 tsp fish sauce

1/8 cup coconut aminos

2 Tbsp avocado oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425.

In a large bowl, whisk together ginger, garlic, salt, sambal, fish sauce, aminos and oil. Add green beans, and toss to coat.

Pour beans out on oven safe baking tray.

Bake for 20 minutes, tossing occasionally to make sure beans stay coated.
