garlic herby grilled shrimp
Who doesn’t love grilled shrimp. Especially when it’s full of garlic herby goodness. Oh, and super easy to do.
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, about 20
juice of 1/2 lime
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp italian parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp dill, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp minced shallots
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup evoo
Directions:
Soak skewers in water before grilling.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Whisk together lime juice, garlic, parsley, dill, shallots, dijon and evoo. Toss with shrimp. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes before grilling.
Place marinated shrimps on skewers.
Grill 3 - 5 minutes per side, until shrimp is cooked through and opaque.
Remove from grill and serve.
