breakfast potatoes

Looking for the perfect breakfast side? Look no further, these breakfast potatoes are hands above the rest. We even, (gasp!) prefer them to hash browns, around here.

Ingredients:

3 red potatoes, cubed and placed in a bowl of ice water

2 tsp onion salt

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp adobo seasoning

4 Tbsp evoo

Directions:

Heat oil to shimmering in a cast iron skillet, over medium heat.

Drain water from potatoes.

Toss potatoes with onion salt, salt, and adobo seasoning.

Pour potatoes into cast iron skillet. Sauté until crispy and cooked all the way through.
