quick and easy grilled skirt steak
This quick and easy steak is seasoned and grilled up in 15 minutes; after resting it’s perfect topped with onion salsa in tortillas.
It’s the perfect taco tuesday meal, when you aren’t in the mood for something too filling, but are in the mood for something absolutely tasty.
Ingredients:
2 lbs skirt steak
Directions:
Preheat grill to high.
Sprinkle seasoned salt on both sides of flank steak.
Grill on direct flame for a total of 15 minutes, turning every 2 or so minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for 15 minutes.
Slice against the grain, serve in tortillas (or without) and top with onion salsa.
