soy noodles
Looking for a super easy side that children will devour and pairs perfectly with asian foods? Look no further than these soy noodles.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp sesame oil
22 oz pad thai rice noodles, (I prefer nona lim or similar fresh noodle which can be found in the fridge)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cups soy
Directions:
Heat a stir-fry pan or wok to medium heat. Add sesame oil and heat until shimmering.
Add noodles, and stir constantly to coat with oil. Sauté for 3 -5 minutes.
Add garlic and soy sauce, stirring to heat through and cook garlic without burning it. About 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
