you need this: dried italian parsley

Just like in real life, dried italian, or flat leaf, parsley is superior to regular, or curly leaf, parsley. While I’ve used fresh italian parsley for decades now, it was only recently that I discovered you can get it dried as well. Game changer.

You have to hunt for it, and make sure that the label specifically reads italian or flat leaf, and not simply parsley. Because not all parsley is created equally, and you want the one that imparts actual flavor and improves your dishes.

Perfect for dry rubs, homemade dressings, and marinades… italian parsley is one of those spices you will find yourself returning to over and over again.
