grilled lamb chops
It’s almost Valentine’s Day— and more people than ever are choosing to celebrate with a date night at home.
These grilled lamb chops are the perfect outside the typical “surf and turf box” idea for a epic homemade meal that will shower love all over your special someone.
Ingredients:
3 8 rib racks of lamb, sliced into individual ribs, and trimmed
1/2 cup evoo
8 cloves of garlic, minced
5 rosemary sprigs, leaves stripped and minced
8 thyme sprigs, leaves stripped
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat grill to high heat. Turn heat down to medium on side you will be actively grilling on.
In a large bowl, toss ribs with oil, garlic, herbs and salt. Let hang out for about 20 minutes.
Grill chops 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from grill, tent and let rest 10 minutes.
Serve with creamy horseradish sauce.
