These tongs!!! What can I say?!? I have at least 10 of them in different sizes and colors (so when I working with raw meat and veggies, I know what touched what, because I am just that food safe, err paranoid).

I love tongs. I use them for serving, for stirring, for flipping. On the stove, in the oven, on the grill… they are literally the most versatile kitchen utensil ever.
