cilantro oil

Looking to add and extra umph to your dishes. Look no further than this cilantro oil.

Not only does a drizzle of the strained oil give a seasoned flavor bomb to cheese, meat, fish… you name it.

And the best part? When you strain the oil, save the chunky remnants for a burst of flavor to add to soups, into tartare, salsa, etc.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup evoo

1 bunch cilantro

1/2 clove garlic

juice of 1 lemon

Directions:

Purée all ingredients until blended.

Pour into a fine mesh strainer.

Use a spoon to push through the oil into a separate container.

Store oil and remnets separately.
