rice maker garlic rice

I love my garlic rice. I really love my cauliflower garlic rice. And I really, really love my rice cooker. It can do so many things.

And making my garlic rice in the rice cooker is kinda a no brainer.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp evoo

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 scallions, sliced and divided use between whites and greens

3 (rice maker) cups basmati rice

1 tsp salt

2 cups veggie broth

water

1 1/2 tsp gourmend garlic chive salt

4 Tbsp salted butter

Directions:

Heat evoo in the rice cooker until shimmery.

Add in white part of scallions and garlic.

Stir until softened.

Add rice and salt, and stir to combine.

Add veggie broth. Add water until liquid reaches the slightly above the 3 cup mark of your rice maker.

Close lid and cook at white rice setting.

When rice is done, add green parts of scallions, garlic chive salt, and butter. Stir to combine.

Serve.
