peach, nectarine, heirloom tomato and burrata

Raise your hand if you love stone fruit season! I just love fresh peaches and nectarines and how well they pair with everything, from tomatoes to burrata and both.

You don’t need a ton of dressing, just the fresh flavors of summer. Clean and simple is where it’s at.

Ingredients:

2 4oz balls of burrata

3 small heirloom tomatoes, cut into 6ths

1 white peach, sliced

1 nectarine, sliced

1 Tbsp micro basil

1 handful micro greens

1/2 oz acacia honey

1/2 oz evoo

1/2 oz balsamic

finishing salt

Directions:

Break burrata apart, and place over serving dish.

Top with tomatoes, peach, and nectarine.

Sprinkle with micro basil, and micro greens.

Drizzle with evoo, balsamic, and honey.

Sprinkle maldon salt over the top.

Serve family style.
