rosemary ghee grilled potatoes

Guys, I can’t stay away from the grill. Even if its cooking on the side burner with my cast iron pan. Doesn’t have to be on the side burner. Could totally be on the grill. Or inside, on the stove. Whatev’s floats your boat.

Ingredients:

baby golden potatoes, quartered

3 Tbsp ghee

1 large sprig rosemary, stem discarded

Directions:

Melt butter in cast iron pan over medium heat.

Add rosemary.

Place potatoes down. Turning as each side crisps up.

This will happen quickly, so you need to pay attention, so as not to let potatoes burn.
