the feast of the seven fishes
I’ve been wanting to do the feast of seven fishes for.ever. It’s an italian tradition, and while we might not be italian, we’ve done italian dishes every christmas eve since my grandmother has not been around.
And the most american italian christmas eve tradition is this feast… I’ll pause to let you google the bear episode. You’re welcome.
Since most of our family is fish forward, it’s kinda a no brainer. 7 courses, each a different fish, plus a couple of sides, and dessert.
Oh, and just to be kind, I’ve added in a few honorable mention dishes that you could sub in for any that don’t sound good to you. But this is my all star line up…
