grilled lobster tails
So simple, it’s crazy.
Who doesn’t love lobster? And, when you can get frozen tails, let them defrost and then grill them to perfection… seriously? Who isn’t doing this…
Ingredients:
6 lobster tails, defrosted
1/2 cup evoo
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup melted butter
handful italian parsley
zest of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
Using scissors, split lobster shells down center of inside. Toss with evoo and garlic in a ziplock bag to marinate. Stick a pre soaked skewer through the tails length wise, to prevent curling..
Leave in fridge for 2 hours.
Remove lobster from bag and grill at 450 degrees for 8 minutes per side.
Place lobster tails over garlic rice.
Combine melted butter, parsley and lemon zest. pour over lobster tails.
Serve. Removing skewer before eating.
