yellowtail tartare

Oh, my goodness guys! This is the freshest, brightest, cleanest, tartare I’ve ever done. It’s the bite you want after a hot day in the sun.

It’s the perfect palate cleanser and would be amazing as a passed appetizer at a dinner party.

It’s definitely dressed to impress.

It’s a take on a favorite sushi roll from jrdn restaurant merged with an italian tartare from ambrogio 15. And let me tell you. This is a marriage made in heaven.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup yellowtail, cubed

2 heaping TBSP minced honeydew

1/4 cup chopped mango

1 Tbsp minced radish

1 1/2 tsp minced scallions

1/2 avocado, diced

1 Tbsp avocado oil

juice of 1/2 orange

pinch of salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently to combine.
