cocktail sauce

Horseradish spicy is my love language. I’m not as big into pepper spicy but give me a big dollop of wasabi or prepared horseradish and I’m set.

Which is why I’m a huge advocate for making your own horseradish, where you can make it as spicy as you want.

And, why I love horseradish in my cocktail sauce. I know not everyone wants their cocktail sauce so spicy forward, which is why I’m known for having an additional bowl of horseradish on the side of my cocktail sauce. Sorry. Not Sorry.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chili sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup prepared horseradish, store bought or homemade

1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp cayanne pepper

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 pinch salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Stir until combined.
