heirloom tomato bruschetta
Bruschetta is such a versatile condiment if you will.
I like it plain.
I like it with burrata.
I like it over toast.
I love it over crispy chicken.
Ingredients:
4 heirloom tomatoes, diced
16 leaves of fresh basil, chiffonade
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp evoo
Directions:
In a non-reactive bowl, use a spoon to combine ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Serve however you wish.
