little gem burrata salad
Another summer day full of fresh produce, another way to have a fresh salad.
Ingredients:
1 head of little gem lettuce. leaves separated and washed
2 heirloom tomatoes, cut in wedges
3 radishes, sliced
1 round of burrata cheese
evoo
balsamic vinegar
finishing salt
Directions:
On a large platter, place little gem leaves. Place burrata in the center and split open with a knife.
Top lettuce with sliced tomatoes and radishes.
Drizzle evoo and vinegar over the top, and sprinkle finishing salt over everything.
