grilled pork chops

Can’t go wrong with grilled pork chops, and while I prefer my pork chops to be cooked bone in, there’s an easy trick to make boneless pork chops just as juicy.

All you have to do is pound them thinner, before you season and throw them on the grill.

Ingredients:

4, 1 inch boneless pork chops, pounded to 1/2 - 1/4 inch thickness

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

avocado oil spray

Directions:

Preheat grill to sear/high heat. Spray with avocado oil to prevent sticking.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over chops. Grill 5 minutes per side, until grill marks are just visible. Remove to the top shelf of the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let rest for an additional 5 minutes. Slice.

I suggest serving over golden mashed potatoes and with a peach whiskey sauce.
