air fryer cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, leaves and core removed, chopped in similar sized pieces
1/4 cup evoo
3/4 tsp salt
finishing salt
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 425.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with evoo and salt. Add to air fryer tray.
Cook for approximately 20 minutes, until cauliflower is fork tender and slightly browned, shaking tray every 5 minutes or so.
Turn cauliflower out on to tray and sprinkle with a pinch of finishing salt.
