I waxed poetic about making the peeling of hard boiled eggs easier, earlier in the week. Now I’m going to tell you how to simplify the boiling process.

It’s even simpler. You just need this handy little egg shaped timer.

Ingredients:

raw eggs (any number you want to hard boil)

Directions:

Place eggs and timer in a large sauce pan. Cover with cold water.

Place pan on burner, and turn on heat to high. Once boiling, follow the color of the timer for the type of boiled eggs you want, hard, easy, or medium.
