roasted asparagus
Ingredients:
2 bunches of asparagus, woody stems removed
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbsp evoo
1 Tbsp late season reisiling vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
On a tin foil lined oven safe jelly roll pan; toss asparagus with garlic, evoo, vinegar, and salt.
Roast for 5 minutes, toss with tongs. Roast an additional 5 move.
Serve.
